The history of ITSA Contracting LLC dates back to February 2009. At that time, there was an influx of foreclosed homes in the Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area. With so much inventory, the need for quality contractors to invest in the rehabilitation and remodeling of these properties was paramount. Many of these homes needed extensive repair due to the frustrating foreclosure process.

With over 50 years of combined experience, our owners had what was needed to fill that need. Lance Guest and Eric Moore met in 2005 when they were both working for a homebuilding company that operated in Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, Arizona, and New Mexico. For the Arizona division, Lance was the Vice President of Construction, and Eric was the Vice President of Purchasing. They worked together to run the entirety of the company's construction operations in the Phoenix, AZ market. In the short four years they knew each other, they had a part in building more than 2,000 single-family homes in the area.

In these positions, Eric and Lance were very well-known and respected in the local construction market. They had deep relationships with subcontractors, salespeople, and marketing vendors. With these connections and a vibrant passion for the Phoenix, AZ construction market, Eric and Lance formed ITSA Contracting LLC.

Today, they still receive preferred pricing from vendors, who provide pricing based on high volume. They have been involved in multiple community payback programs and remain active in the HBACA. Lance and Eric have even managed and completed projects for Extreme Home Makeover, a TV program that brings subcontractors and volunteers together to tear down an old home and construct something new. For this show, Eric and Lance built a home that was over 3,000 square feet in size. It was completed in less than four days.

Clearly, with all this, Lance and Eric have a keen understanding of how to execute projects with accurate bidding and skillful coordination. They know how to budget time for each construction activity being scheduled, and they can deliver completed projects with precision accuracy on time and on budget.

At ITSA Contracting LLC, we have a residential and commercial division. Under the leadership of Eric and Lance, we have completed numerous projects of note.

We have also completed dozens of properties for ROI Property Management, and we have built custom homes in Gilbert, AZ and Fountain Hills, AZ. Our additional kitchen, bathroom, and home improvement projects are too numerous to list.
