Owner
Lance Guest currently oversees all phases of construction. He also bids projects and actively supervises in process construction projects. Lance attended ASU then went directly into the new home construction industry in 1992. He worked for homebuilding companies such as Estes Home Building Co., Presley Homes, Monterey Homes, Homelife Communities and Atreus Homes. Lance has held positions in the past as Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, Director of Training and VP of Construction prior to starting ITSA Contracting.
Owner
Eric Moore currently oversees sales, marketing, bidding of projects and also actively supervises in process construction projects. Eric has worked in the residential construction field since 1992 and attended University of Phoenix. He has worked for residential construction companies and homebuilding companies such as Top Gun Texture, Roadrunner Drywall, Homelife Communities and Atreus Homes. Eric held positions in residential construction and homebuilding companies as Field Supervisor, Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, V.P. of Purchasing and V.P. of Operations prior to starting ITSA Contracting.
Superintendent
Chad is our east side superintendent. He is responsible for the scheduling, purchasing, and overall management of the project from start to finish. He started his construction career in commercial and residential glazing working in that field for 4 years. He moved on to garage door installation for another 4 years followed by insulation and drywall work for 3 years. He then moved to general commercial and residential remodeling for the past 5 years.
