ITSA Contracting LLC began in February 2009. 
The partners saw a need for a quality contractor to rehabilitate and
remodel the multitude of foreclosed homes in the Phoenix metropolitan area. 
Many of the homes needed extensive
repair due to the frustrations of borrowers being foreclosed on. 
With over 40 combined years of experience in building and construction
ITSA Contracting was off and running.  



Lance Guest and Eric Moore met in 2005 when they both
were employed by a national homebuilding company that operated in Georgia, North
 Carolina, Florida, Arizona and New Mexico. For the Arizona Division, Lance was Vice
President of Construction and Eric was Vice President of Purchasing. 
They worked together running the entirety of the companies construction
operations in the Phoenix market. 
In the short four years they knew each other before starting ITSA
Contracting, they and their employees built more than 2000 single family homes in the
Phoenix metropolitan area.



Eric and Lance are very well known and respected in the
 Phoenix construction market.  They
have deep subcontractor, sales and marketing relationships. 
They continue to receive preferred pricing from vendors who 
provide them with high volume based pricing.  They have been involved in multiple
community pay back programs and have been active in the HBACA. 
They have managed and completed projects for Extreme Home Makeover, a
television program uniting subcontractors and volunteers to tear down an old
home and construct a new home.The home Eric and Lance built was in excess of 3000 sq ft.
 and they built it in less than four days
from start to finish. They know how
to execute projects with accurate bidding, skillful coordination, allow for
proper duration of construction activities scheduled and deliver completed
projects with precision accuracy on time. 



ITSA Contracting has both a residential and commercial
 division  They have completed
remodel projects for Schwartz Laser Eye Centers in Scottsdale and Glendale,
Hyatt Regency’s in downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale, 
Lincoln Property Management Warehouse’s. Completed dozens of properties
 for ROI Property Management. ITSA Contracting has built custom homes in Gilbert
 and Fountain Hills and done kitchen, bathroom remodels and home improvements
 that are too many to list.
